On a day‑to‑day basis, we are based at Spinderihallerne and are part of the Municipal Director’s Office for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. We support the entire municipality and act as collaborative partners in processes ranging from idea development to implementation. We apply a broad range of methods and approaches that foster engagement, create shared direction, and strengthen collective imagination.

We constantly develop new tools to engage broader groups of people – including those who do not usually take part. We work to ensure that citizens and other stakeholders are not only invited to “share their opinions,” but are also involved as co‑creators of direction and action – both on a large and a small scale.
