A studio is ideal for businesses that require privacy and the ability to work behind closed doors.
A studio is well suited for businesses that require the option to close the door to their own workspace. The studios range in size from 25–75 m².
Rent varies and is calculated based on the square-metre rate. Lease agreements run for a period of four years.
Our studios are located within Spinderihallerne. They are unfurnished, and you are responsible for furnishing and setting up the space yourself.
When renting a studio, you also have the option to rent desks and storage space through us.
As a tenant, you have access to:

- Meeting rooms and a photo studio
- Shared lunch every day in the café
- Invitations to business-related meetings, workshops, and events
- Parking permit on the premises
- Access to the FabLab (subscription-based)
